◆ What I Do

Four ways I work with corporate teams.

Every engagement starts the same way — a conversation about what your team is actually trying to accomplish. The format follows from there.

01

Corporate AI Workshops

Hands-on sessions that get teams building real AI habits — not slide decks. Structured around your day-to-day workflows.

  • Half-day or full-day formats
  • Live building with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot
  • Take-home prompt libraries and playbooks

02

Department-Specific Programs

Curriculum shaped for a single function — Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Analytics or Leadership.

  • Role-specific workflows and outcomes
  • Real use cases from the team's actual work
  • Internal AI-champion certification track

03

Leadership AI Enablement

Executive sessions that answer the two questions every leadership team is asking about AI right now, honestly.

  • Where AI moves the needle in your business
  • How to sequence adoption without disruption
  • What to measure, and what to ignore

04

Custom Corporate Programs

Multi-week engagements co-designed with your L&D team — cohorts, capstones, capability roadmaps, and post-training reinforcement.

  • Discovery, curriculum design, delivery
  • Cohort formats from 15 to 500+ participants

A Sales team's AI stack is not a Finance team's AI stack. Every engagement is scoped to the department's tools, workflows, and success metrics.

  • ◆

    Marketing

Content workflows, campaign iteration, creative direction with AI, brand-safe generation, analytics narratives.

  • ◆

    HR

JD writing, interview prep, policy documents, onboarding assistants, structured feedback synthesis.

◆ Real-World AI Workflows

What corporate teams actually build in these programs.

Three anonymized examples of what teams walk away with. Every program is different — these show the shape of the outcome, not the ceiling of it.

01
Pharma · Sales

From call notes to CRM — automated in one workshop day.

A field-sales team was losing 4–5 hours per rep each week on post-call admin. In a single-day workshop, we built a call → summary → CRM ingestion workflow that every rep now runs on their own laptop.

Outcome ~4 hrs / rep / week reclaimed
02
BFSI · Marketing

Content velocity up 3× without adding headcount.

The marketing team was blocked on long-form thought leadership. Over a 3-week cohort, we designed a writer-AI-editor workflow that lifted publishing cadence from one article/week to three — with the same team.

Outcome 3× publishing cadence
03
Manufacturing · Operations

SOP creation that used to take days, in an afternoon.

The plant ops team had 200+ SOPs to rewrite. We built a structured template + AI drafting workflow that lets a supervisor produce a first-draft SOP in about 40 minutes — reviewed and approved the same day.

Outcome ~10× faster SOP drafting

◆ About Aman

Twelve years in training rooms. One lens: practical AI that a busy team will actually use next Monday.

I started teaching corporate teams over a decade ago — long before "AI training" became a category. My work has always been the same in shape: sit with a team, understand how they actually do the work, and hand them a way to do more of it, better.

Today that work is almost entirely about AI. I run programs for teams at India's largest banks, insurers, pharma companies, IT services firms, and public-sector organizations — as well as fast-growing GCCs and startups. Sessions range from a 3-hour executive briefing to a 12-week company-wide capability build.

The bias is always toward the practical. Every session ends with something the team can use the same day. Every program is designed around the team's real tools, real workflows, and real objectives — never a generic curriculum.

◆ Testimonials

What corporate teams say after the room clears.

  1. The most practical AI session our team has ever done. Every person left with two workflows they were using the same evening — nothing theoretical, no hype.
